Terms & Conditions

These terms are provided as a template and must be reviewed by a qualified Kenyan legal advisor before going live.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in Kenya. One account per person.

2. Account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts found in multiple names or created fraudulently may be suspended.

3. Deposits & withdrawals. Deposits are made via M-Pesa. Withdrawals are paid to the registered phone number.

4. Betting. Odds are accepted at the time the bet is confirmed. Suspended or expired markets cannot be bet on. Bets are void if an event is cancelled.

5. Bonuses. Bonus terms (wagering requirements, caps) are stated with each promotion. The operator may withhold bonuses linked to fraud or abuse.

6. Responsible gambling. Limit tools, cooling-off and self-exclusion are available under Responsible Gaming. If gambling stops being fun, seek help.

7. Licence. This platform is intended to operate under a Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) licence. Real-money operation must not begin before the licence is granted and verified.
